Over the years, we have auditioned students in various formats, from classroom settings to workshops. However, we found that in group settings, we sometimes missed out on recognizing individual talents and potential. As a small college, we place great importance on getting to know each applicant personally. Therefore, we offer private auditions, which we believe provide a unique opportunity for students to showcase who they are as individuals and as performers.

Our private audition process allows us to focus on each candidate’s unique qualities and potential. We ask you to present two pieces that you feel best represent you as a performer. Beyond your performances, we are deeply interested in understanding your personal journey, your aspirations, and what makes you unique.

We take the time to delve into your creative process, your inspirations, and how you connect with your work. This holistic approach enables us to see not just your current capabilities, but also your growth potential and how you might flourish in our program.

By getting to know you as an individual, we can better support and nurture your development as a performer. Our goal is to create an environment where your unique talents and personality can shine.

Once you have submitted your audition application, you will receive confirmation with a private audition date and time. If, for any reason, you are unable to make the scheduled time or date, please contact us, and we will offer you an alternative.

Auditions are held throughout the academic year, starting in the autumn term. Application for audition is made on-line by completing the form below.

Fees & Funding

Course Fees

Tuition for 2025 entry – £7500 per annum

After you have accepted your place on the course, we’ll request a non-refundable enrolment fee of £300 to secure your place. The remaining tuition fee is payable at the start of the academic year. Depending on your funding arrangements, a monthly instalment agreement may be available.

Maintenance Costs

For students living further afield, we offer a carefully selected group of vetted host families who provide a secure, supportive, and welcoming environment. These families are chosen for their genuine warmth, hospitality, and commitment to supporting students as they navigate their studies. Our host families offer a comfortable, homely setting where students can feel safe and cared for while focusing on their education. This option gives parents peace of mind, knowing their child is being looked after in a nurturing, family-oriented environment.

There are certain uniform requirements for the course, however we endeavour to keep this to a minimum.

BTEC Funding

Through our working partnership with Midsomer Norton Sixth Form, all students aged 16 to 19 years, studying the BTEC Extended Diploma are entitled to academic funding, which will be deducted from course fees.

Talent Scholarships

It is our belief that training should be accessible to all students and we are pleased to be able to offer additional talent scholarships. Funding is determined following the audition process and awarded to students that show exceptional talent and potential.
